2. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

  • Hotel bookings

  • Umrah pilgrimage packages

  • Visa assistance

3. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or in person at our office.

  • Payments are accepted in Afghani (AFN) or United States Dollars (USD).

  • We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or other approved channels.

  • For certain bookings, advance payment may be required.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Flights & Hotels: Refunds and cancellations are strictly subject to the airline’s and hotel’s own policies. We have no control over changes or refunds once a booking is confirmed.

  • Visa Assistance: Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or government authority. We cannot guarantee visa approval.

    • If a visa application is rejected, we do not charge our service fee. Only third-party costs such as visa application fees will be deducted.

  • Umrah & Pilgrimage Packages: Refunds depend on the stage of booking and third-party policies (airlines, hotels, transport providers).

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that passports, IDs, and all personal details provided are accurate and valid.

  • We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by customers.

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with airline, hotel, and immigration rules.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act only as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, embassies, and service providers.

  • We are not liable for cancellations, delays, strikes, loss of baggage, accidents, natural disasters, or any event beyond our control.

  • Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Afghanistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kabul, Afghanistan.
